What is an examination credit?
An examination credit is consumed when you request the results of a completed examination to be sent to your inbox. Each free account receives 3 credits per month.
Are there any limitations on the number of test takers?
You can accommodate up to 300 test takers per month. There is no limit to the number of questions you can include in each examination.
Can I run multiple quizzes simultaneously?
No, you cannot run concurrent quizzes under the same account. You must complete one quiz and request results before creating another one. Any new quiz uploaded will override the previous one.
How do you handle feature requests and updates?
We welcome feature requests but carefully evaluate them to maintain the application's simplicity. We only implement updates that significantly enhance the core functionality without compromising ease of use.
What kind of support do you offer?
We provide support primarily through email. Our team strives to respond promptly during weekdays, though responses may be delayed during weekends. We prioritize addressing technical issues and user queries.
